I love cooking. There is something so satisfying about bringing unique flavors and colors together and then reveling in the delight of others as they take the first bite. I incorporate three principles into my cooking: Innovation, Simplification and always, Joy. Innovation can help you through the most difficult dishes and often with more satisfying results than you initially anticipated. Simplification can take the fear out of cooking. Understanding what you’re capable of helps me tackle challenging recipes, and if there is an easier technique that I can apply to achieve the same results, I’m all over it. And at last, but never least, joy. I enjoy cooking, and I enjoy trying new things. Most importantly, I love entertaining and watching my friends and loved ones as they take that first delectable bite.
It is with these principles that I started this business.
The Night Off is perfect for single people, busy families and small dinner parties. Whenever I entertain, I find it difficult to have meals prepared, drinks served and making sure everyone is having a good time. I’ve also found that busy work schedules can often keep people from enjoying a satisfying home-cooked meal. And here’s where the Night Off comes in. The moment your food arrives you can enjoy your cocktail party, or some quality couch time.
